WHO WE ARE
Shop Pro Anthony J. Mule’ brings his young, fresh perspective to the fly tying community. He’s been self-taught at the art of fly tying and is not afraid to try new material and combine traditional patterns to come up with new patterns to expand the fly fisherman’s repertoire. His goal is to expand his talents by getting his captain’s license and become a guide to foster more awareness of the fly fisherman outside of the traditional trout fishing and into the vast opportunities that he can offer on the St. Clair waterways.
President Anthony C. Mule’ brings his experience of salt water fly tying as well as his knowledge of the St. Clair waterways. He has fished the St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, and Lake Huron for the past 30 years. His background includes prior ownership of a restaurant in the St. Clair area, an executive role in purchasing at the now defunct “Captain’s on the Straight” and as an executive chef at the Black River Country Club.
Chief Financial Officer, Marie Mule’, oversees the business end of the operation. Although she will retain her job at a major automotive company, she devotes her spare time to the store to make sure the business end of the shop is being handled correctly. Her background includes Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from Davenport University.
